Code of Ethics and conduct in the Governance System

Epta has a Governance system designed to ensure all those in the organisation follow structured and transparent decision-making processes that safeguard the interests of the stakeholders, in keeping with the Company’s cornerstone values.

It is based on a Code of Ethics, and on processes and principles which have, over time, proven to be sound, resilient and effective for the company’s strategic management of risk and performance.
