Epta D&I Manitesto, our commitment to value diversity
Epta created a committee of 30 people representing every geographical region of the group that supports external partners. The first milestone of the committee was the creation of the Epta DeI Manifesto, a concrete sign of our commitment to valuing diversity.
Epta and Valore D, to value gender equality and inclusivity
Recently, Epta has proudly joined forces with Valore D, a network of over 300 Italian companies that promotes gender equality and inclusivity, guarantees equal opportunity during selection phases, and supports maternity leave with specific initiatives.
Italian Gender Equality Certification
In line with its people-centered approach, in 2025, Epta obtained the Gender Equality Certification in Italy, issued by ICIM S.p.A., an independent certification body and part of ICIM Group, in compliance with UNI/PdR 125:2022.
This recognition rewards the company's commitment to valuing individual differences and talents, as well as its ongoing efforts to create a fair, inclusive workplace that fosters the growth of every individual.
Our gender equality policy is outlined in a dedicated policy document, based on fundamental values such as respect, talent development, meritocracy, and equal opportunities.
