Marco Nocivelli
Chairman and CEO
The fifth of Luigi Nocivelli’s seven children and founder of Epta began working for the Group in 2000, garnering increasingly strategic roles whilst promoting the Group’s international growth. In 2011 he became Chief Executive Officer, and in 2016 he was appointed Chairman of Epta. He has received numerous recognitions for his entrepreneurial achievements, including the “Cavaliere del Lavoro” (Order of Merit for Labour) presented to him in 2020 by the President of the Italian Republic. He has been the Chairman of ANIMA (the Italian Federation of Mechanical and Engineering Associations) since 2019.
Massimo Albertario
Chief Financial Officer
At the helm of the Group’s Finance area, he drives efforts to achieve strategic business goals whilst ensuring complete control and reliability of financials. He is also responsible for managing and guaranteeing effective communication between investors, the Board of Directors, the CEO and operational Management. Under his leadership, the Finance area has supported 17 M&A’s transactions and promoted growth which has seen the Group triple in size. He joined Epta in 2007.
Michela Bambara
Chief Digital & Information Officer
In her role of Chief Digital & Information Officer she is required to maintain IT operations and cybersecurity and to coordinate the execution of the IT transformation programme with the goal of supporting the Group’s digitalisation. She joins Epta in 2022, following solid experience gained in the same role in top companies of the industrial sector.
Nicola De Guida
Chief Operations Officer
Nicola De Guida joined Epta in January 2025 as Group Chief Operations Officer (COO), leading the long-term transformation of the Group’s industrial activities.
With over 30 years of experience in key operational roles within American, Chinese, and Italian multinationals, as well as private equity firms, he has a proven track record in driving high-growth scenarios, M&A, transformation projects, and large-scale reorganizations.
At Epta, Nicola oversees the Group’s Operations strategy with direct responsibility for R&D, Industrialization, Operations Excellence, Sourcing, Logistics & Planning, Quality, Sustainability and EHS.
He holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Naples “Federico II” and brings a global perspective to operational leadership, with experience spanning Europe, China, and emerging markets.
Fernando Galante
General Manager Americas
Galante is at the helm of Epta’s growth and development on the American continent, one of the Group’s most strategic development markets. He has been with Epta for over 20 years, and has managed the Group expansion in the LATAM area, as well as key operations such as the acquisition of sales and services companies in Chile and Peru in 2013 and 2021, and their incorporation into Epta LATAM.
Gennaro Gentile
General Manager West South Europe
Gennaro Gentile is the General Manager of the West South Europe (WSE) region with the responsibility of leading the New Equipment Retail business unit. Gennaro focuses on strengthening the region's leadership, emphasizing product excellence, technical innovation, and the sharing of Group expertise.
Gennaro joined Epta in 2012 as After Sales Director, bringing with him extensive international experience in multinational companies, having held roles in Europe, Venezuela, and China. In 2016, he moved to Singapore as General Manager for the APAC region, before returning to Europe in 2021 as Chief Industrial Officer.
Gennaro is a strong advocate for customer value and building an organization focused on achieving ambitious goals.
Christian Le Gousse
Chief Commercial Officer
He joined Bonnet Neve in 1992 as Sales Key Account Manager, to later move in APAC as Commercial Director, General Manager, UK, Spain, France and lately as Chief Commercial Officer EMEA and Group Marketing Officer.
Christian is passionate about how practitioners optimize their decision making at operational and strategic level with a comprehensive cognitive approach. He holds an EMBA in HEC, a PhD. in strategic management from Dauphine PSL France.
William Pagani
General Manager Central North East Europe
In November 2023, Epta and Viessmann Refrigeration Solution (VRS) formed a strategic alliance to enhance their presence in North and Central Europe. In this collaborative venture, William Pagani was appointed as the General Manager and took on the responsibilities of the CEO for the Joint Venture. Mr. Pagani initially joined Epta in 2010 as the Director of International Sales, later advancing to the position of Director of International Sales and Marketing. In 2015, he assumed the role of Chief Marketing Officer, a position he held until 2023. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Pagani played a crucial role in promoting innovation, ensuring sustainable business development, and overseeing various departments. Under his guidance, more than 100 new products were successfully introduced to the market.
Gessica Perego
Chief People Officer
In her current role she is engaged on Group development strategy promoting a culture based on cooperation, meritocracy and fairness. People development, empowerment and recognition are also key principles for her. She joined Epta in 2022 after having covered international HR roles in leading multinational companies.
