The fifth of Luigi Nocivelli’s seven children and founder of Epta began working for the Group in 2000, garnering increasingly strategic roles whilst promoting the Group’s international growth. In 2011 he became Chief Executive Officer, and in 2016 he was appointed Chairman of Epta. He has received numerous recognitions for his entrepreneurial achievements, including the “Cavaliere del Lavoro” (Order of Merit for Labour) presented to him in 2020 by the President of the Italian Republic. He has been the Chairman of ANIMA (the Italian Federation of Mechanical and Engineering Associations) since 2019.

Michela Bambara Executive Epta

Michela Bambara

Michela Bambara is Chief Digital & Information Officer at Epta, where she leads the Group’s digital transformation strategy, overseeing IT operations and cybersecurity, and coordinating the execution of the IT transformation program supporting the company’s digitalization journey.
She joined the Group in 2022 and brings over 20 years of experience in global organizations across the Energy, Services, and Manufacturing sectors, also gained within leading international consulting firms. Throughout her career, she has led international teams and post-M&A integration programs at the executive level, and she has served on the Advisory Board of the Italian Ministry of Technology and Innovation.
Her focus is on enabling the Group’s digital transformation, strengthening IT governance, and supporting innovation, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency.

FernandoGalante

Fernando Galante

Fernando Galante is General Manager Americas at Epta, responsible for the Group's operations and business development across the American continent.
He has more than 20 years of experience within the Group and has held several senior roles supporting the expansion of Epta's presence in Latin America, including in Venezuela. He has contributed to the integration of acquired businesses in the region — including in Chile and Peru — and to the development of the Group's local structure.
He focuses on driving regional growth, strengthening market positioning, and ensuring operational alignment across the Americas.

Gentile Gennaro

Gennaro Gentile

Gennaro Gentile is General Manager West South Europe and leads the New Equipment Retail business unit at Epta.
He joined the Group in 2012 as After Sales Director, with prior international experience in Europe, Venezuela, and China. He has since held several leadership roles across different regions and functions, including General Manager for Asia-Pacific operations based in Singapore, and Chief Industrial Officer, before assuming his current role.
He focuses on industrial performance, innovation, and customer-oriented development, supporting the Group's competitiveness and operational excellence in key European markets.

LucaLastella

Luca Lastella

Luca Lastella is General Manager Central Northern Europe and leads the New Equipment Retail Business Unit at Epta, where he is responsible for driving commercial growth, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the Group's strategic development across the region.
He joined the Group in 2004 as Commercial Export Director, bringing prior international experience gained at blue-chip companies in the oil and semiconductor industries. He spent several years of his career in the USA and the UK and has held a number of leadership positions across the Group, including Group Marketing Director, General Manager of Epta UK, Chief Commercial Officer, and Group Business Development Senior Director, before assuming his current role.
His focus is on driving sustainable business growth, expanding Epta's market presence across Europe, and fostering a customer-centric approach through strong teamwork, commercial excellence, and long-term strategic development.

Christian Le Gousse

Christian Le Gousse

Christian Le Gousse is Chief Commercial Officer at Epta, responsible for global sales and marketing strategy.
He began his career in 1992 and has since held several international leadership roles across Europe and Asia, including General Manager positions and senior commercial responsibilities. He has extensive experience in global market development and commercial transformation.
He focuses on strengthening the Group's global commercial organisation, driving market expansion, and supporting long-term revenue growth across regions.

Monica Toffanin

Monica Toffanin is Group Chief People Officer at Epta, responsible for human resources strategy, organisational development, and talent management.
She joined the Group in 2018 as HR Development Manager and has progressively advanced into senior HR leadership roles. She now oversees the global people strategy, ensuring alignment between organisational development, culture, and business transformation.
She focuses on strengthening leadership capabilities, developing talent, and supporting the Group's cultural and organisational evolution.

Michele Vitali is General Manager of the After Sales Europe business unit at Epta, responsible for service operations and after-sales development across Europe.
He joined the Group in 2006 and has built extensive experience in sales, service operations, and post-integration activities. He has held several roles within the after-sales organisation, contributing to its evolution and expansion.
He focuses on service excellence, process optimisation, and the digital transformation of after-sales operations to support customer satisfaction and recurring business growth.

Stefano Zanelli

Stefano Zanelli is Chief Financial Officer at Epta, responsible for financial governance, strategic planning, and value creation across the Group.
He joined the Group in 2025 and brings more than 25 years of experience in senior finance and executive leadership roles in complex industrial organisations. He has held Group-level financial responsibilities with a focus on performance management and corporate governance.
He focuses on financial strategy, capital allocation, and strengthening the Group's financial structure to support long-term growth and transformation.
