Epta would like to welcome the Micheletti family and the Misa Sud Refrigerazione S.p.A. team, an example of excellence in the production of commercial and industrial cold rooms.

Founded in 1969, its 25,000m² production plant is located in Pomezia and it is well-known on the market for constant research into technologically advanced and eco-friendly solutions.

This partnership between these two leaders will lead to huge added value: from rounding out of the current Epta range for the retail segment, to new synergies and opportunities in the Ho.Re.Ca and food processing sector.

An acquisition that further enriches Epta’s baggage of experience with important technological assets and technical competences. The Misa Research team has in fact developed various patents, including the Misa Vacuum System, for the production of new-concept high-performance isothermal panels and Fastner and Fast-Fit systems.

The CEOs, Francesco Micheletti and Sergio Chiostri, say they are extremely pleased with this agreement, which will enable further growth for both companies, consolidating a definite competitive advantage for long-term development.
