Soluzioni EptaTechnica FTE 2.0 ed ETE basate sul principio dell'innovazione sostenibile

The EptaTechnica FTE 2.0 and ETE solutions are among the protagonists of the Sustainable Gold Chain Virtual Exhibition organised by the Ozone Secretariat and OzonAction, part of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).

The initiative was launched to present the most innovative and sustainable solutions of the cold chain sector and to highlight how a correct cold chain is essential to guarantee food safety and food security, reduce food waste, mitigate global warming and protect the ozone layer. The digital event was inaugurated on World Ozone Day and promoted during the UN Food Safety Summit and the thirtieth Conference of the Parties of the Montreal Protocol.

The solutions by EptaTechnica, a brand specialised in technical refrigeration solutions, stand out in the category “Supermarkets: wholesale markets & Retailers”. The FTE Full Transcritical Efficiency 2.0 and ETE Extreme Temperature Efficiency technologies, industrialised within the scope of the Life-C4R project of Epta co-financed by the EU, are designed to guarantee maximum reliability at all latitudes and temperatures, including above 40°C, with at least 10% energy saving compared to a traditional CO2 system. Based on the principle of sustainable innovation, FTE 2.0 and ETE ensure a reduced carbon footprint along the entire chain of value, in accordance with the Life Cycle Climate Performance (LCCP) standards.
