The Epta stand (n°. 4J144, Hall 4) transforms into a real pastry shop. For Sirha 2023, the imagination of EptaConcept is limitless, supported by Eurocryor and Iarp solutions.
Every two years, the fair, scheduled to take place in Lyon from 19 to 23 January 2023, welcomes the key players of the Ho.Re.Ca and Food&Bev sector with their newest entries.
The internationally acclaimed event will see the participation of more than 4000 exhibitors from 27 countries. A unique opportunity to share their expertise and anticipate the trends of the future in one of the world’s gastronomic capitals.
Sirha 2023, is spokesperson for the lively catering and hotel sectors which are experiencing a strong recovery. In Summer 2022, in France, these sectors saw an increase of 26% in bookings, while the out of home sector rose by more than 11%.
In a developing ecosystem, this five-day event will be the source of great inspiration, to redefine an offer that best reflects consumer expectations.
What does the Epta range offer?
Eurocryor and Iarp solutions dedicated to the world of pastry shops, scenically displayed thanks to the creativity of EptaConcept, Epta’s brand able to turn every desire into reality. Environments and furnishings personalised according to the needs of the client, designed to enhance the assortment of each sales space in an exclusive and captivating manner. A unique design, which features maximum flexibility, able to engage customers on a rational, emotional and sensorial level.
In particular, the team created a serve-over area, where the harmonious lines of the Visualis Pastry display cabinet are integrated into Torre to give environments maximum fluidity.
Delicacies prepared by the chefs will be put on show inside Glee Glass 41. The plug-in features shelves which can be tilted 15° and height adjustable for a more rational organisation.
Culinary creations will also be displayed on the stainless-steel shelf of Delight with the special pastry option. LED lighting will make each product irresistible.
For a uniform look throughout the store, Iarp proposes the vertical ice cream display case Glee X Slim NV and the Super Excite refrigerated display case. Ideal furnishing elements for frozen specialities such as ice cream and semifreddo. The stand is completed by Joy 30 and Bitter 42, the customisable display cabinets for beverages.
And for those who want to pair each dessert with the right wine there is the Coral 118 wine display which preserves all the organoleptic properties of reds and whites, for an all-round experience.

On 20th January, at stand 3D61, the company will present the second edition of “Trophées de la Glace” the competition dedicated to the masters of ice cream and the new “Expert Dessert” hub, where a team of professionals will work alongside the Clients in renewing their offer and putting in place refined culinary techniques.
