A RECORD OF SUCCESS: EPTA WINS THE FELIX INDUSTRY AWARD 2024

Epta wins the Alta Onorificienza di Bilancio of the Felix Industry Award – La Lombardia che compete - for the fourth consecutive year, confirming itself to be one of the best companies of the mechanical sector for management performance and financial reliability Cerved, in the lively entrepreneurial panorama of Lombardy.

The prestigious award, assigned by the quarterly economy and finance Industria Felix Magazine, founded and directed by Michele Montemurro, was conferred upon Epta on Wednesday 10 April at the Auditorium of Palazzo Lombardia, headquarters of the Region, during the event presented by TG1 anchor woman Maria Soave in the presence of the leadership of the Lombard administration and Euro MP Carlo Fidanza.

EPTA IS GOLD MEDAL AMONG THE VIRTUOUS ITALIAN COMPANIES

Epta classifies itself once again among the most virtuous Italian companies in terms of competitiveness, reliability and sustainability, securing its rightful place in the Golden Roll of national companies.

What makes this title, now in its tenth anniversary, so unique and highly sought-after, is the rigid selection procedure which sets it apart, based on objective, independent and credible criteria.

After a first selection, operated by a binding algorithm, the Companies are analysed by a Scientific Committee which, nationally coordinated by Cesare Pozzi, lecturer of industrial economics at the Luiss Guido Carli University and by Vito Grassi, deputy president of Confindustria, examines a variegated series of financial indices.

Among the 700,000 selected joint-stock companies, close to 700 companies will be awarded. In their respective categories, they will have recorded among the best GOM, with a profit, a positive ROE, a ratio of financial charges to GOM lower than 50%, an unchanged or increasing staff delta compared to the previous year and a Cerved Group Score of solvency or financial security, as well as parameters of the income statement.

Thanks to the drawing up of its first Integrated Report in 2022, the Group will also receive the Green scroll and be entitled to access the exclusive International digital and sustainable fair for business matching .

The Felix Industry Award 2024 and the Green scroll demonstrate how financial performance and sustainability are not in contrast, but come together to create a virtuous business model, able to generate short and long-term value.
