POWERING SERVICE, EMPOWERING PEOPLE: EPTASERVICE ACADEMY KICKS OFF

Epta has announced the official launch of the EptaService Academy, the Group's innovative international programme for refrigeration experts. The ambitious course has been designed to further enhance the range of trainings offered by Epta's Training Centres, now available in four continents.

The pilot project, launched in Romania and destined to be introduced across all the Group's countries in stages, puts Epta's vocation for technical excellence into practice through teaching modules with three levels of specialisation: the first Basic and Intermediate, the second Specialised and the third Advanced, to train increasingly qualified professionals in after-sales service, one of the strategic pillars of Epta's Total Solution approach.

Under the banner of the message 'Powering Service, Empowering People', Epta has developed a comprehensive programme of courses. Delivered in person by certified in-house trainers, they aim to optimise and harmonise after-sales activities globally, drawing inspiration from the best maintenance practices established in Germany and Latin America.
