Novelties at Venditalia: with Iarp’s New York Chef, lunch is served!

Epta participated in the 11th edition of Venditalia, the international trade fair held every two years devoted to the automatic distribution sector. This year’s edition presents many new advances, with more than 270 exhibitors expected on an area of over 32,000 m2. The Epta Group was present with its Iarp and Misa brands and a stand dedicated to Iarp’s two areas of reference for vending: one with solutions aimed at urban environments, the other with a focus on refreshment areas.

The pride of Iarp’s offering, New York vending machines for ice cream, are now available  with R290 propane refrigerant to guarantee high performance and lower consumption. Venditalia was also an occasion to get a preview of New York Chef, an all-new version designed to promote sales of individual portions of ready-made frozen dishes for consumption during lunch breaks, from soups to baked pasta.

The Epta stand was completed by the London, Barcelona and Milano vending machines, with super-attractive metropolitan designs, available also with the profiles of the respective cities on the side panels, an example of the infinite customization possibilities achievable thanks to digital printing directly on the sheet metal. Also worth noting are Milano’s two Master and Slave models, which make it possible to double the display space with a second window, controlled from a single push-button panel.

The vending machines are part of the Iarp City Collection range, the fruit of Plug-in power, a claim that sums up the brand’s philosophy and strong points: high reliability, excellence, and innovative capability. In this regard Iarp vending machines stand out for their ease of use, which plays a fundamental role in incentivising impulse buying. LED lighting and the frameless full-glass door valorise the displayed items, while the luminous push-button panel and the touchscreen display contribute by enhancing the customer experience and increasing sales.

Iarp also offers some logistical components: Fox, based on an ice pack system to ensure better preservation of foods and beverages, is an ideal container for the transport of replenishments of perishable products for loading into vending machines, and Stik, designed to be inserted alongside the distributors for storage of items at -30°C. Its strong point is its high energy autonomy, which enables it, in the case of a lack of current, to keep the temperature constant for 48h.

Finally, the Misa mini-coldrooms stand out, technologically advanced systems that combine maximum food safety with maximum flexibility and sustainability. These appliances are equipped with the exclusive Epta Food Defence technology, an antibacterial treatment with silver ions that ensures the food safety of all the stocked products for total, permanent protection over the whole service life of the coldroom, and  respond to the stringent requirements of Legislative Decree No. 29 of 10 Feb. 2017 (MOCA). Finally, to guarantee the maximum reduction of their carbon footprint, Misa mini-coldrooms have the Freeblock mono-block, compressor with R452A refrigerant, hermetically sealed and leak-proof, pre-loaded and tested at the factory and ready for immediate use.
