More than just a tool, MyEpta represents a major step forward in simplifying operations, improving efficiency, and enabling smarter decision-making across the entire lifecycle of refrigeration assets.

 

One Gateway, Limitless Opportunities

MyEpta introduces a single, secure access point that provides all essential technical data, documentation, and service resources in one place. By consolidating information into a unified dashboard, the platform eliminates complexity and provides real-time visibility, speed, and accuracy without requiring additional hardware, connectivity, or brand-specific controllers. This innovation reflects Epta’s role as a fully integrated partner, going beyond equipment supply to deliver a comprehensive ecosystem that supports retailers at every stage of their operations.

 

Built on a modular architecture, MyEpta adapts to each customer's unique needs. Users can manage individual assets or entire store networks through two intuitive modes, designed for different roles within the organisation:

  • ASSET ID: Each piece of equipment is equipped with an NFC tag, creating a unique digital identity. Designed for technicians, it enables faster diagnostics, streamlined maintenance, and a clearer understanding of each product’s lifecycle.
  • STORE ID: A centralised interface that aggregates all store-level data—from equipment lists and contracts to KPIs and service tools. Tailored for store managers, it provides full operational control and data-driven insights to support maintenance and investment decisions.

 

MyEpta also serves as the gateway to EptaService digital solutions, unlocking advanced tools such as:

  • SwitchON, for remote monitoring and control of refrigeration units 
  • GAM, for centralised alarm management 

     

In addition, the platform includes a comprehensive digital catalogue with integrated e-commerce functionality for spare parts, making procurement faster and more efficient.
