FRIGORIA PROJECT: ITS SALESIANI, TOGETHER WITH EPTA AND OTHER COMPANIES OF THE SECTOR, TURNS ON THE FUTURE OF REFRIGERATION

Epta, together with ITS of the Salesiani of Sesto San Giovanni and other players of the sector, turns on the future of refrigeration by investing in the Frigoria training project to support the new generations entering this technically complex and constantly-evolving segment.
The active support of the Epta Group in this highly professionalised educational path, founded on a combination of theoretical lessons and experimentation in a practical environment, has resulted in the donation of a refrigeration system, typically used in Large-Scale Retail trade, with the goal of equipping the refrigeration lab of the Institute with the most advanced solutions and technologies available in the sector.
The models supplied are the remote transcritical CO2 GranVista Next Open and GranBering of the Costan GranFit family dedicated to the preservation of pre-packaged fresh products and frozen products and multiplexed by means of a sophisticated piping system to ECO2Compacta, the most innovative modular refrigeration pack by EptaTechnica.
“The surprising features of ECO2Compacta, namely compact design, significant operational flexibility and excellent acoustic insulation, make the solution ideal for the laboratory, which transforms into a centre of expertise to train tomorrow’s refrigeration technicians” states Stefano Trabucchi, Epta System Engineering Group Manager.
AN EXCLUSIVE CEREMONY FOR A STANDARD-SETTING SYSTEM
ITS of the Salesiani of Sesto San Giovanni has organized an exclusive inauguration ceremony to thank all the players of the commercial refrigeration sector who have contributed to the project, providing technical components for educational use.
The event was the perfect opportunity to learn more about the training course delivery methods, the planned curriculum and the contribution of the single promoters in the industry.
“This initiative is added to the numerous projects which Epta supports, both nationally and internationally, in favour of youth training” declares Monica Toffanin HR Director Italy, who concludes “ It is further confirmation of the importance which the Group attributes to the enhancement of the new generations, considered essential for the future of the refrigeration sector and for the growth of the company”.
