Epta renews its participation @FHA-HoReCa, the leading fair in Asia for the Foodservice and Hospitality sectors, presenting its most advanced refrigeration solutions branded Costan, Bonnet Névé and Iarp dedicated to the Asian market.
Scheduled from 22 to 25 October at the Singapore Expo, the prestigious trade fair event, evolution of the famous FHA (Food&HotelAsia), is a moment of meeting among Ho.Re.Ca. professionals and an ideal opportunity to observe the most recent trends and the key technological innovations of the sector.
With more than 45 thousand visitors expected and 800 exhibitors from 30 different Countries, the biennial event also hosts competitions of international talents, workshops and masterclasses of experts in its areas linked to the 5 sectors of specialisation: bakery, pastry and ice cream, foodservice and hospitality equipment, Hospitality Style, Hospitality Technology and coffee and tea specialities.
STAND 4L2 -01, HALL 4: THE COORDINATES OF SUSTAINABLE INNOVATION
In line with the green Focus of this edition of FHA-HoReCa and considering the sustainability shared within the sector, in the equipment section, the Epta stand (4L2 -01, Hall 4) hosts natural refrigeration and energy performing solutions, symbol of its Sustainable Innovation.
The different models on show include the plug-in Gelid and the Brooklyn vending machine branded Iarp: both with natural R920 refrigerant and conceived to preserve packaged ice cream, proving ideal for a vast range of application and are already protagonists of numerous installations in different Asian countries.
The negative temperature Gelid features compact dimensions and the four curved glass sliders which enable multiple simultaneous openings by consumers. Brooklyn, the vending machine of the ColDistrict range, is the perfect solution for a moment of refreshment and tracks the future of impulse purchasing, thanks to features such as increased LED lighting and full glass frameless door, geared to increasing the attractiveness and profitability of ice cream.
Innovation is a hot topic at the Epta stand thanks to the Curl and Offlip cabinets branded Bonnet Névé. They merge style and performance and are also present at the fair in the Hot version. Thanks to individually heated shelves, at adjustable temperatures, the models enhance the ready-made gastronomic dishes, to enjoy hot, without sacrificing the characteristics and performance of the corresponding cold models.
Finally, at the Fair, Epta will present the LineON solution, offering visitors the opportunity to take a closer look at this innovative technology. Thanks to LineON, it will be possible to see how remote monitoring and data collection in real time can improve the management of the refrigerated cabinets, providing precious information on performance, consumption and consumer preferences.
@FHA-HoReCa, the technological universe of Epta is ready to meet the Ho.Re.Ca world yet again, to offer cutting-edge solutions able to respond to the challenges of a continuously evolving market.
