Epta is proud to have shared its journey at Festival Città Impresa

The event was organised in Bergamo from 18 to 20 November. In the city, symbol of Lombard industries, there was a moment of dialogue, conceived to promote a modern business culture able to stimulate the growth of SMEs.

Numerous exponents of local and non-local businesses told different experiences. Themes emerged which, today more than ever, are at the heart of companies: sustainability, welfare, digitalisation and much more.

Sustainable companies at work

Festival Città Impresa gave way to a heated debate. The goal was to reason all round on the transformations underway and read the day-to-day in economic, political, and social terms.

The 15th edition of the event saw the participation of illustrated personalities such as:

  • Jean-Claude Trichet, former President of the Central European Bank
  • Romano Prodi, former President of the Council of Ministers
  • Adolfo Urso, recently elected Minister of Enterprise and Made in Italy.

The organisers called it a “young edition”.

During the meetings, plenty of space was dedicated to the questions of the many young people present with a view to offering them useful tools to steer their choices, tackle the challenges of the time and grasp future scenarios.

Sustainable innovation, Epta’s growth mindset

Marco Nocivelli, Chairman and CEO of Epta, spoke during the round table at Festival Città Impresa.

His speech entitled “Innovare Per Crescere” (Innovate To Grow), fully represents the path undertaken by the Group for many years. A journey which wants to merge sustainability, evolution and business growth

In this way, Epta has adopted a growth mindset directed at Sustainable Innovation. Through multiple initiatives and investments, the Group wants to remain at the forefront in the green transition with high-performing sustainable solutions

Corporate social responsibility: sharing is required

Marco Nocivelli comments as follows: A journey focused on environmental and social responsibility. The great talents of our Innovation Center have worked with universities and research institutes, with a view to Open Innovation”.

He continues, declaring that: “To remain competitive and disruptive, it is essential to foster synergies, share skills and tools. This is the only way to transform ideas into solutions able to improve the life of people and the future of the Planet”.
