EPTA STRENGTHENS ITS PRESENCE IN SPAIN WITH THE ACQUISITION OF SET REFRIGERACION

Epta strengthens its presence in Spain with the acquisition of SET Refrigeración S.L., a company based in Seville specialising in the installation and after-sales services of commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. Long-standing partner of Epta Iberia SAU, SET Refrigeración boasts solid experience in the sector. 

The operation, with effect from 1 February 2025, marks a further step in the expansion strategy of the Group in Spain, consolidating the role of Epta as leader in the sector of commercial refrigeration able to offer its customers cutting-edge solutions that are reliable and sustainable.

A UNION OF SKILLS AT THE SERVICE OF THE SPANISH MARKET

The union of skills of SET Refrigeración and EptaService in Andalusia will enable Epta to further improve the efficiency and quality of the service offered to the Customers in the region.

The acquisition places itself inside the guidelines of the Epta strategic plan 2025-2028, which foresees a growing focus on the quality and on the efficiency of the services throughout the lifecycle of the refrigeration systems.
