Epta receives a CFO Award: Massimo Albertario winner of the Elite company category

The Epta Group has received a prestigious new award for the work of Massimo Albertario and his department, which was given a CFO Award at the ceremony organised by ANDAF (National Association of Financial and Administrative Directors) and Accuracy (independent international consulting firm), in conjunction with the Italian Stock Exchange and Elite. The event, now in its third edition, is dedicated to Administrative and Financial Directors whose quality, intuition, professionalism and team spirit have made them stand out.

The ceremony took place on 22 November at Milan’s Palazzo Mezzanotte, the premises of the Italian Stock Exchange. It also provided the opportunity to exchange views on the current role of CFOs. The role is one which is constantly evolving, in an increasing shift from financial professional to that of a business partner who gives strategic consultancy to create value for the Company, thanks to active, ongoing exchanges with other departments.

Massimo Albertario, CFO of Epta, received an award “for the role performed as business supporter, as well as CFO, participating first-hand in the Executive Committee. He also stands out for the way he has handled complex operations of extraordinary finance, defining and implementing a Group-level strategic planning model which has made it possible to steer measures in order mid-to-long term objectives. Last but not least, thanks to his work to align finance & controlling processes, he has managed to bring the policies of the subsidiaries into line with Corporate strategy whilst at the same time enhancing the particular features of the companies on a local level.
