Epta continues to strengthen its commitment to decarbonisation through concrete actions. As part of this effort, the Group is proud to reaffirm its support for sustainable mobility through its participation in the Air France and KLM Corporate Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) Program.

In 2025, Epta SpA continued to support the initiative, enabling Air France and KLM to source Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) — an alternative to conventional fossil-based kerosene that can reduce carbon emissions by a minimum average of 80% across the product lifecycle.

Thanks to this contribution, Epta achieved a reduction of more than 78 metric tons of CO₂ , calculated across the full lifecycle of the fuel, including production, transportation, and combustion. These savings contribute directly to Scope 3 emissions reduction, addressing indirect emissions linked to business travel.

This initiative demonstrates how targeted collaborations and responsible travel choices can deliver measurable climate impact, supporting Epta’s long-term ambition to reduce its environmental footprint while contributing to the transition toward cleaner aviation and more sustainable global mobility.
