Epta continues its journey among Deloitte Best Managed Companies in 2026
For years, Epta’s journey within the Deloitte Best Managed Companies programme has reflected a long-term commitment to managerial excellence, sustainable development and a clear strategic vision. The recognition has become an important milestone in the Group’s path, celebrating an approach to business built on solid values, responsible growth and the ability to evolve in an increasingly complex market.
Epta first entered the Best Managed Companies journey in 2019, receiving the recognition every year through 2025. Last year, the Group was recognised for the seventh consecutive year in the Platinum Category, the programme’s highest distinction, reserved for companies that have participated for at least six consecutive years and demonstrated consistent excellence over time.
Best Managed Companies 2026
In 2026, Epta continues its journey among Italy’s Best Managed Companies, marking another milestone in a path that has developed steadily over the years.
The Best Managed Companies programme celebrates entrepreneurial excellence and recognises organisations for the quality and strength of their management. The evaluation is based on several key parameters: Strategy; Skills and Innovation; Commitment and Corporate Culture; Governance and Performance Measurement; Corporate Social Responsibility; Internationalisation and Supply Chain; and Cyber Security.
The analysis was carried out with the methodological and strategic contribution of ALTIS Graduate School of Sustainable Management of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, reinforcing a comprehensive assessment of the different dimensions that contribute to business excellence.
For Epta, receiving the recognition again in 2026 highlights the principles that underpin the Group’s development and its commitment to building a resilient, responsible and future-oriented organisation.
Celebrating the 2026 recognition in Milan
The ninth edition of the Best Managed Companies Award Ceremony took place on Thursday, 29 October 2026, at Palazzo Mezzanotte in Milan. Carmine Infante, Chief of Growth SR Director, and Arthur Targon, Group M&A, Strategy & IR SR Director, represented Epta at the ceremony.
The occasion marks the latest chapter in a journey that began in 2019 and has accompanied Epta through successive years of development and transformation.
Building on this path, Epta continues to look ahead with the ambition to turn change into opportunity and create lasting value for its stakeholders. The Best Managed Companies recognition reflects not only the milestones achieved along the way, but also the Group’s continued commitment to pursuing managerial excellence and responsible, long-term growth.
