EMPLOYEE OPINION: STRATEGIC TOOL FOR SUCCESSFUL LEADERSHIP
Epa has given voice to the opinions of its employees, to whom a strategic value has always been attributed for successful leadership, through the methodological model consolidated by Great Place to Work®.
Under the banner of maximum transparency, the research and organizational consultancy firm plans to administer a questionnaire, to fill out in anonymous form, related to the parameters of level of satisfaction and level of work experience and staff engagement, followed by an in-depth statistical analysis of the data collected.
This develops a clear overview of the company’s health, underlining the strengths and the areas for improvement.
The results of Epta are very promising: if more than 70% of the EptaPeople involved recognises justice of the business policies (79%), individual working experience (73%) and sense of belonging (72%) as key competitive advantages within the Company, team collaboration (58%), fairness (58%) and impartiality (55%) are considered to be further optimizable and will be the focus of future action plans at Corporate level.
