EPTA IS AWARDED FOR THE SIXTH TIME AMONG THE BEST MANAGED ITALIAN COMPANIES

Epta wins the Best Managed Companies Award for the sixth year in succession, promoted by Deloitte Private in association with ELITE-Gruppo Euronext, Piccola Industria Confindustria and with the methodological and strategic support of ALTIS Graduate School of Sustainable Management of the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

The prestigious international award, launched in Canada in 1993 and arrived in Italy in 2018, recognises excellence Made in Italy which has stood out in the entrepreneurial panorama and in the specific sectors of reference for virtuous business management, thanks to experienced leadership which is attentive to the new trends and needs of the market.

What emerges first and foremost is sustainability and digital transition, in addition to the ability to identify, hire and retain talents, in a continuously evolving employment world. Epochal challenges, which Epta conquers every day remaining faithful to its values, thanks to a flexible and innovative business model, which was applauded during the Awards Ceremony on 9 October at Palazzo Mezzanotte, seat of the Milan Stock Exchange.

BEYOND THE GOAL, EPTA’S FAR-SIGHTED VISION

Epta celebrates the important achievement, maintaining a high commitment in its path of continuous growth and improvement, based on inexhaustible entrepreneurial passion, skills and creation of a shared value.

A virtuous process which integrates financial performance and ESG values, to comply with increasingly challenging assessment parameters established by the Independent Jury, which are summarised in 6 cornerstones: Strategy, Skills and Innovation, Commitment and Business Culture, Governance and Measurement of Performance, Corporate Social Responsibility and Internationalisation and Supply Chain.

This award, in the Gold category reserved to companies awarded for at least four years in succession, qualifies Epta once again among the Best Managed Italian Companies, allowing the Group to consolidate relations with excellent companies internationally, with which it continues to share best practice.

To conclude, Valentina Russo, Group General Counsel and Arthur Targon, Group M&A & Investor Relations Director took part in the ceremony and collected the awards on behalf of all EptaPeople, whose untiring dedication lies at the heart of this important achievement.
