Epta awarded Italy's Best Managed Company for the third year running

Epta requalifies for the third consecutive year as Best Managed Company in Italy in a programme promoted by Deloitte, to award Italian companies, which, thanks to their organisational success and attention to social responsibility, generate a positive impact on the ecosystem in which they work.

The objective of the initiative is to verify  the management quality of the participating companies, but also to gather best practices and strengthen a virtuous process to stimulate the continuous improvement of the Best Managed Companies. The assessment, carried out by an independent jury of exponents of the academic and institutional world, is based on the analysis of critical factors namely: strategy, expertise and innovation, commitment and business culture, governance and performance, internationalisation and sustainability. Aspects at the heart of Epta, which, in a challenging year like 2020 has confirmed the centrality of people, environment and continuous advancement, with a view to open innovation.
