EPTA AND EDULIA RENEW THEIR SUPPORT TO THE TALENTS OF THE ASCANIO SOBRERO INSTITUTE

Epta and Edulia, Dal Sapere Treccani renew their commitment to support the talents of the Ascanio Sobrero Institute of Casale Monferrato, directing them in their professional career thanks to a rich and stimulating PCTO pathway, conceived to accompany students into the employment world.

Thanks to the success achieved in 2023, the new edition of the project also merges both synchronous activities, dedicated to empowering soft skills and to the personal development of the workers of the future, and asynchronous activities on the edulia platform, with e-learning training modules.

An initiative which also includes a visit to the Epta factory of Casale Monferrato by the students at the Institute, as well as a final hackathon, where the students can use the skills acquired in mechatronics, logistics and electronics.

Innovation, future and entrepreneurship

Innovation, future and entrepreneurship: these are the keywords of the collaboration between Epta and Edulia, Dal Sapere Treccani, the new digital education hub developed with the goal of offering cross-sectoral training and sharing thoughts on the contemporary panorama. This gives way to a modular programme to investigate four main themes:

  1. Emerging technologies, to discover the occupational market promoted by digital transformation and increase the required knowledge in that area.
  2. Automation and 4.0 industry, to reflect on the consequences of a smart evolution in the employment world.
  3. Lean Manufacturing for a glimpse of a management philosophy which encourages continuous improvement.
  4. Future, employment and orientation, namely courses dedicated to foresight techniques, thanks to which explore and build the scenarios of tomorrow according to a responsible approach.

“The PCTO pathways organised with Edulia open the doors of local companies to higher secondary school students, transforming the learning activities. For students, these initiatives are an opportunity to explore numerous professional prospects, for Companies it is about enhancing and investing in the resources of tomorrow.” Comments Alice Santin, HR Business Partner Operations, who concludes “Aware of the role of Epta in the context in which it works, partnerships like these allow us to create a bridge between the working and the academic universe, bridging the training gap between the two. We thank Edulia and the A. Sobrero Institute for this opportunity of growth for Epta, the students and the territory.”
