Cutting-Edge Innovation: R&D Centres Powering Multi-Channel Markets
Our team of about 270 R&D employees is located across 10 R&D centres and one innovation centre. It designs products and services that use cutting-edge technology on multi-channel evolutions in retail, food and beverage, and Ho. Re. Ca. markets.
We also have an entire department dedicated to exploring potential future technologies, our Innovation Centre. It consists of a team of Engineers and Industrial Designers appointed to discover technologies, materials and processes, and gauge how they might be used for products and services.
We are at the front line when it comes to the digital transformation of our production plants. We aim to turn them into “factories of the future” by introducing more modern machinery, robotised lines, real-time big data management and Industry 4.0 technologies.
