INFORMATION AND CONSENT CLAUSE FOR INTERNET CANDIDATES
As provided by the regulations on protection of personal data, Epta S.p.A, the data holder, informs you of the following. The information that we collect will be treated exclusively for the purposes of personnel selection. At your discretion, you may include in your CV data that the law qualifies as “sensitive”(i.e., data regarding your health status, your inclusion in specific protected groups or political affiliations or philosophical stances). To legalise these cases, we invite you to grant your specific consent for the treatment of sensitive data. For the aforementioned purposes, the company collects your personal data in computerised and paper files, and processes it using the methods strictly required for the purposes indicated. The data is retained in the company for 12 months. For subsequent uses, we will contact you for any necessary updates. Your data can be shares with data processors and data managers employed by companies in the Epta Group solely to verify whether your application could be of interest to them. Your personal data will not be diffused in any way. The provision of your data is optional, but required for selection and the provision of any pre-contractual performance should you be hired. The data holder is Epta S.p.A., with headquarters in Milan – Via Mecenate 86 Data Manager for Human Resources is the Human Resources Manager, with offices in Milan, via Mecenate, 86.
